By submitting your payment, you agree to the items ordered above and understand that they are not cancelable, refundable, or returnable. We will ship your order within five days from our studio to the shipping address listed above. Shipping can take approximately a week, depending on your location, but this timeframe is not guaranteed. If you desire any express shipping, you must contact us before placing your order. In the event that an issue occurs during transit and a claim is required, our studio will initiate the claim process on your behalf.
By the way, if you happen to recieve a 'merchant error' notice upon clicking submit, this is typically a safe measure that some credit cards have for large amounts. Meaning, you will need to contact your credit card company using the number on the back of your card to notify them you actually are trying to place an order with The Faux Bouquets. It's rare this occurs, but totally happens on occasion and we don't want to loose you as a bride (thinking its our system kicking you out, haha). Basically, after a quick a-ok to your card company and a re-submission, all is good-to-go, every time this has happend in the past!
