Winner will receive one package of $5 $100 Blowout scratchers from the PA Lottery. Only 100 tips will be sold for $8.00 per tip on a first come, first served basis. You can purchase tips here online or at the shelter office from 12 – 5 pm Tuesday – Sunday. Rules for Tip Boards ** Must be 18 years of age or older to participate. ** When all tips have been sold out, we will post a picture of the board and all the buyers with their corresponding number(s). Buyers will be sent numbers sent via email.

The winner has 30 days to pick up their prize from Animal Protectors at 730 Church Street, New Kensington, PA 15068 – during open hours. Unclaimed prizes will become property of Animal Protectors. APAV is not responsible for shipping prizes
