All Table-top display locations will be assigned by Show Management.

Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will receive a follow-up email with additional details and next steps. This will include a request for the following items:

• Your company logo (high-resolution format)
• Your company website URL
• Your advertisement submission (including required dimensions and deadline for submission)
• In addition, you will receive:
  
  
• A unique code to distribute to your staff for your allotted number of complimentary tickets
• A dedicated registration link for your complimentary staff attendees

Full payment of your sponsorship/exhibitor package is due no later than August 21, 2026. Sponsors/exhibitors who have not submitted full payment by this date will be at risk of losing the benefits assigned with their sponsor/exhibit package.
