    Space is limited and available on a first come basis. Deadline for application, and payment, is Friday, June 12th, 2026. Please submit your application by filling out the form below.

    Booth Costs:  $650 vendor ($450 if WPB Chamber Member)

    $850 for Sponsor Level (2 or more locations/chains/franchises)

    Payment is due with application, per festival standards. 

    There are no refunds; fest is held rain or shine.

    Vendor requirements:

    * staff your booth daily; we recommend two people on site at all times.
    * load in goods for retail both Saturday and Sunday.
    * set up and take down both Saturday and Sunday; there is no secure storage available.

    Booth information:

    Booths are 10' x 10’ .
    One 8’ table, and two chairs are provided.

    Booths will have limited electrical access and will not provide canopies/tents for vendor booths.

    Vendor load in information:

    Load-in times and instructions will be provided the week of the event.  We highly recommend a wagon or cart for load in purposes as we shut down while festival is still open and busy.  New Location - We are on Evergreen Street with access from Wicker Park Ave.

            • Pet Fest 2026 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, July 25-26, from noon-6pm (possibly later, TBD); other components of Wicker Park Fest continue until 10pm nightly. You will need to use a hand cart, dolly, or wagon to load your items in and out, as there will be NO direct load-in/load-out access daily. Pet Fest is located on Evergreen St (by Supreme) with street access from Wicker Park Ave. 
              Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths, as well as security of any items left overnight.
              Applications close on June 12th, 2025.
              There are no refunds; festival is held rain or shine.
