    Overview: Join us for a joyful day of music, creativity, and community!

    We are looking for craft vendors whose handmade work reflects the spirit of this vibrant celebration and food & drink vendors to keep the community satiated. Space is limited, so apply early!

    Vendor Information:

    • This is a two-day event; vendors must be fully set up and vehicles moved by 4 PM Friday and  4 PM Saturday.
    • All vendors will be juried by Pacifica staff and notified of their acceptance.

        • IMPORTANT: All vendors are required to complete and sign Pacifica's liability waiver in order to participate. Failure to submit a signed waiver will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.

        • Vendor Terms & Conditions

          • Application Approval: All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by Pacifica staff. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
          • Payment & Refund Policy: Booth fees must be paid in full upon acceptance. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
          • Set-Up and Tear-Down Times: Vendors must be fully set up by 4 PM Friday and by 4 PM Saturday and may not begin tearing down before the event ends @10 PM. Vehicles must be moved from the vendor area by 4 PM on Friday and 4 PM Saturday. You can leave your canopy up overnight. Paciifca is not responsible for anything. We recommend securing or removing your booth items at the end of Friday night.
          • Environmental Responsibility: Pacifica is committed to preserving the beauty and health of this land. Vendors are required to fully clean their booth area at the end of the event. This includes removing all trash, packaging, zip ties, and materials brought in. Pack in, pack out—leave no trace.
            Failure to comply may result in not being invited to future events.
          • Booth Space and Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, chairs, and display materials. Booth spaces will be assigned and may not be changed without prior approval. Vendors must have a canopy with 20lb weights on each leg.
          • Weather Policy: This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should be prepared for variable weather conditions and are encouraged to secure tents and displays appropriately.
          • Product Guidelines: Only handmade or independently crafted goods are allowed. No mass-produced, imported, or resale items. Food vendors must comply with local health department regulations.
          • Liability Waiver: Vendors must sign a liability waiver linked above. Pacifica is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
          • Booth Conduct & Safety: Vendors are expected to maintain a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for attendees. Open flames, smoking, or hazardous materials are not permitted at any time.
          • Licenses & Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary sales permits or health licenses required by local or state authorities.
          • Electricity & Special Requests: Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Additional needs should be communicated as early as possible.
