ICS Exams Deferment Form

Please complete this form if you are enrolled for our May 2026 exams and would like to defer your exams to the next academic year. Our Deferment registration closes on the 15th April. The cost of deferment is £65 per exam.
You will need to pay the annual student registration fee in the next academic year to sit any deferred exams – this will need to be done in June 2026 when the new academic year 2026/27 starts.

Please be advised that deferment excludes TutorShip and Online Classes – only the exam fee(s) will be deferred. Students who have enrolled for the Online Courses study method in 2025/26 will have access to the class recordings until the end of November 2026 only, after this time it will expire.

Students who cannot sit the examinations due to factors beyond their control can apply for assistance.  Examples of this would be serious illness or bereavement.
