Outdoor Storage Terms & Rates

Storage Pricing:
Short-Term: $50 per month (or part thereof), per site. Paid in advance.
Long-Term: $150 per year. Initial payment is pro-rated to December 31st, then renewed annually during your Membership renewal.

Payment Information
Upon completing this application, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway:

Annual Bookings: You will be charged the pro-rata amount for the remainder of the year.
Monthly Bookings: You will pay for the first month and establish an automatic subscription for subsequent monthly billing until the service is cancelled.

Liability & Insurance

1. Owner Responsibility: SCHVC is not responsible for the damage, loss, or theft of any vehicles or items stored on the premises.
2. Insurance Requirement: It is the Storer’s sole responsibility to maintain adequate insurance for their property.
3. High-Value Items: Any items valued over $5,000 must be insured by the owner against fire, theft, and damage.

ANNUAL STORAGE

The 2026 annual fee is $150 per site, payable in advance.

Your initial payment is pro-rated at ${prorataFee} to cover the period through to 31 December - the Club's financial year end. Future annual renewal can be made during your Membership renewal process each year.

SHORT TERM MONTHLY

The current monthly storage fee is $50 per month (or part thereof) per site, payable in advance.

To secure your space click the "SUBMIT AND PAY" below to go to our secure payment gateway to make your first payment and setup your monthly subscription. You will be billed automatically each month until your space is no longer required and your subscription will be cancelled.
