Donation Distribution Program Updates

We hope you and your loved ones are doing well. We are excited to announce that our Distribution Program is back! However, due to funding cuts and rising costs—including truck rentals, mileage, gas, and administrative fees—we have introduced a $36.50 Family Shared Maintenance Fee to help sustain the program.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your support in keeping this vital service available. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is the registration fee refundable?
No, the fee is non-refundable. Please only register if you can attend.
2. Can someone else pick up my donation if I can’t make it?
Yes, If Parent 1 is unable, Parent 2 or authorized person can be added at the time of registration. Their name must be included on the form, and they will need to provide ID at pickup.
3. Can a friend pick up my donation if they are also attending, if all registered parties are unavailable?
No, only individuals listed on the registration can pick up donations.
4. Why is there now a fee when the event was previously free?
Due to funding cuts and increased program costs, we are asking our community to contribute a small amount to help us continue providing this service.
5. What if my family is experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford the fee?
We understand that times are tough, and we are working on establishing a Distribution Scholarship Fund to assist families in need.
