Dog Spay/Neuter Day, May 21st

Lebanon Veterinary Clinic will be hosting a dog spay/neuter day on May 21st for Hendricks County residents who register using this form. The cost will be $50 per dog (Hendricks Humane pays the rest). Your deposit is not refundable. If you need to reschedule, call our office at 317-745-3338 and leave a message. If your dog is current on its' rabies vaccination, you must provide a rabies certificate (not the tag) at check in. If your dog needs a rabies vaccine, that will be at your cost of $25. The clinic also requires all spay/neuter patients to wear an e-collar. If you have one, bring it with you to drop off. If you do not, it will be at your cost of $15. Drop off for registered dogs will be between 8-8:30 at the Lebanon Veterinary Clinic located at 1205 Indianapolis Ave, Lebanon, 46052. Pick up will be at the same location between 4-4:30. Registrations are limited to dogs under 6 years of age. If your dog is over 6 and you want to get it fixed, call the office at 317-745-3338 and leave a message. Hendricks Humane facilitates Dog Spay/Neuter days so Hendricks County dog owners can have access to reduced-cost spay/neuter surgeries performed by a qualified veterinarian. Thanks to donations from the public and grants, Hendricks Humane will pay the balance of the cost of the surgery charged by the clinic. You do not need to use Paypal to complete registration.
