This Fourth of July, East Troy has a gap.
Due to a shift in the longtime Lions Club sponsored festival, our community will not have its traditional Independence Day celebration. For many families, that means no familiar place to gather, no shared moment to celebrate, no hometown Fourth of July.
So we’re stepping in.
With zero dedicated funding, the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce — alongside a group of amazing local businesses and volunteers — is building something entirely new:
East Troy Celebrates America 250! — a two-day celebration on July 3–4 at the East Troy Village Square.
Our line up for Saturday, July 4 will feature:
• A full Square-wide Block Party
• Live music and entertainment throughout the day
• Vintage-style carnival games, interactive activities and family fun
• A pie-eating contest, dunk tank, bounce house and more
• Southeastern Wisconsin-wide Great Coin Hunt
This is more than an event — it’s a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a new tradition for our community during America’s 250th anniversary.
And we can’t do it alone.
