**Please note that arena size is determined by Show Management.  Where possible, we will try to honor arena size requests, but it is not guaranteed.

Complete entries must be received by the Entry Due Date. Complete entry includes a signed entry form, payment of fees, and a negative Coggins dated within 12 months prior to the show. Final ride times will be available the week before the show at www.kdea.org and will also be emailed to each rider. Entries received after the Entry Due Date may be accepted if space is available.  No refunds after the Entry Due Date, and no refunds on the office fee.

Dressage tests will be held in the outdoor arena.  All competing horses must be at least 3 years of age.  Protective helmets and boots must be worn by ALL riders when mounted.  

Waiver of Liability for Participation:  I hereby agree that the hired judge, KDEA and Three Wooden Crosses and their officers, owners, agents, and employees shall not be responsible or liable to me for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation in the show.  I hereby expressly release and waive any claims I may have against the hired judge, KDEA and Three Wooden Crosses and their officers, owners, agents, and employees, and I agree to indemnify said parties against any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage I may suffer.  WARNING:  Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in domestic animal activities resulting from the inherent risks of domestic animal activities, pursuant to K.S.A. 60-4001 through 60-4004. You are assuming the risk of participating in this domestic animal activity.  Inherent risks of domestic animal activities include, but shall not be limited to:  (1) The propensity of a domestic animal to behave in ways i.e., running, bucking, biting, kicking, shying, stumbling, rearing, falling or stepping on, that may result in an injury, harm or death to persons on or around them;  (2) the unpredictability of a domestic animal's reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movement and unfamiliar objects, persons or other animals;  (3) certain hazards such as surface and subsurface conditions;  (4) collisions with other domestic animals or objects; and  (5) the potential of a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to injury to the participant or others, such as failing to maintain control over the domestic animal or not acting within such participant's ability.

FACILITY NOTES

Please adhere to the following:

• Dogs are NOT allowed on the property.
• Children under 15 years old must be supervised at all times.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.  Please make sure any guests of riders are aware of this rule.
• Clean up hay and manure around your trailer before you leave.  Do not leave a mess.
• Concessions are available at the facility.
• The restroom is in the main church building - Enter from south door.
• There is plenty of trailer parking and room for lunging.
• The warmup is adjacent to the competition ring.
• If you would like to volunteer, please contact Marty or Sanja.
• Riders will be asked to sign a Three Wooden Crosses liability form prior to receiving their bridle number.
• Slow down as you get close -- The entrance driveway sneaks up on you, and there is no easy place to turn around if you miss the entrance!
