Vendor Details:
Event Times: Friday: 9am-7pm • Saturday: 9am-7pm • Sunday: 9am-1pm
Booth Options:
- Indoor 10x10 space, located inside the Schuetzenfest Building with air conditioning.
- Outdoor 10x20 space
This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
- Tent, tables, and chairs (if tables are not rented from our Organization)
- Payment processing system
- Display setup
- Any liability insurance (Mill Road Threshermans Association) is not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents)
- Proof of Food Service Insurance
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a variety of high-quality, handmade, and unique goods, including but not limited to:
- Handmade crafts and art
- Specialty food items (packaged, jams, baked goods, etc.)
- Antiques and vintage finds
- Fall and home décor
- Farmhouse-style goods
- Seasonal gifts and handmade items
- Boutiques/Boutique Trailers
- Kid/family friendly items
Important Notes:
- Setup Thursday September 10th: Noon-6pm
- The vendor area is extremely limited. We recommend applying early.
- All applications must be submitted by June 1, 2026.
- By submitting your application and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and responsibilities listed above.
- Mill Road Threshermans Association is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor for any accidents /bodily injury that occur during the event.
- Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance coverage.
- Reservation of spaces is on a First Come First Serve Basis. Spaces will be assigned and guaranteed based on the order contracts are received.
