Liability & COVID-19 Policy

I hereby give my approval for my own or my child’s participation in Next Level Crown Pageant System during the selected pageant. I understand that all payments are final. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Next Level Crown I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and release, absolve, and hold harmless NLC, the hosting venue, and all respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries or illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the event.

I acknowledge that Next Level Crown Pageant System (NLC) will follow all recommended health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. However, participation remains voluntary for all guests and participants, and I understand that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public gathering.

Confirmation

By acknowledging and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and agree to all rules and policies set forth by Next Level Crown Pageant System within this form and handbook. I understand that my electronic payment and information filled out in this form I have submitted carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and is equally binding. I also acknowledge that all fees associated with this event are non-refundable, may not be disputed, and non-transferable.
