SECTION 1 — PARTIES
This Software & Mentorship Bundle Agreement is entered into between Elevation Movement Enterprises LLC, operating as Elevation Tax Pros™ and the Client identified in the signature block below.
SECTION 2 — PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Client is enrolling in the Elevation Tax Pros™ Software & Mentorship Bundle, which includes simultaneous access to tax preparation software at the selected tier, business training and mentorship programming, and educational resources, systems, and templates. Bundle pricing is exclusively available when both components are purchased simultaneously at the time of enrollment.
SECTION 3 — SOFTWARE PROGRAM
Client will receive access to one of the following software tiers: Tier 1 Starter (70% Prep Fee Retention), Tier 2 Builder (80% Prep Fee Retention), Tier 3 Operator (90% Prep Fee Retention). Software platforms may include TaxSlayer Pro, Crosslink, TaxWise, LT or MTTPO. Platform assignment is at the sole discretion of Elevation Movement Enterprises LLC.
SECTION 4 — INCLUDED BASE BENEFITS (ALL TIERS)
All bundle participants receive: Self-Paced Tax Academy, Private Community Access, Six (6) Weeks of Live Training, Business Email Setup, Marketing Materials & Templates, Compliance Resources & Guides.
SECTION 5 — MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Beginner Mentorship (Tiers 1 & 2): 4 additional weeks of mentorship, accountability check-ins, Q&A sessions, implementation support. Standard Mentorship (Tier 3): 8 additional weeks of mentorship, IRS compliance training, audit protection strategies, operations training.
SECTION 6 — BUNDLE PRICING
Tier 1: $179 Software + $497 Mentorship = $576 (Save $100). Tier 2: $297 Software + $497 Mentorship = $694 (Save $100). Tier 3: $497 Software + $997 Mentorship = $1,394 (Save $100). Bundle discount applies only when both components are purchased simultaneously.
SECTION 7 — PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is required at the time of enrollment. No payment plans are offered. Failure to complete payment will result in immediate suspension of access. Chargebacks or disputes will be pursued through all available legal and collection remedies.
SECTION 8 — ACCESS & TERMINATION
Elevation Movement Enterprises LLC reserves the right to revoke access if the Client violates any terms, engages in conduct detrimental to the Company, attempts to share or resell access, or fails to complete payment. Upon termination, no refunds will be issued.
SECTION 9 — REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances including change of mind, non-usage, dissatisfaction with results, or early withdrawal. By enrolling, Client explicitly waives any right to a refund.
SECTION 10 — EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Elevation Movement Enterprises LLC makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business success. Results depend entirely on Client's individual effort and execution.
SECTION 11 — NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Access is non-transferable, non-assignable, and intended solely for the enrolled Client.
SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elevation Movement Enterprises LLC. Client may not resell, sublicense, share, or reproduce Company content without prior written consent.
SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in DeKalb County, Georgia or through binding arbitration at the Company's election.
SECTION 14 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
SECTION 15 — ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
