Welcome to the Joan of Arc League of Chapters Training Camp Registration Page!

We are excited for you to join us at this year's event. Please make note of the following requirements as you are submitting a form. Recommend to fill out form on a desktop for ease of use!

1. Fill out this registration form. (You are here!)
2. ALL camp participants are required to verify proof of age via a form of Government Issued ID
   1. Driver License, Passport, etc.
      1. Cấp 1 Participants must be 18 years old by the start of camp.
      2. Cấp 2 Participants must be 20 years old by the start of camp.
3. You are required to fill out waiver form then upload them to the registration
   1. VEYM Participant Agreement Form
4. Payment is required before your application is complete. 
5. Status Verification Form: approval from your Chapter President and Chaplain
   1. Organizing Committee will contact Chapter President directly at a later date. Your acceptance is contingent on approval from your respective Chapter.

MANDATORY ONLINE LESSONS

A large portion of classes will be delivered on an online platform; attendance is MANDATORY and no make-up work will be provided. Please plan you schedule accordingly.
