• 2026 QUILTING IN THE PINES - SEPT. 25-26, 2026 - PINEHURST,NC

    Entry forms must be received by August 18 for early bird registration or September 1 for final registration

  • Please read carefully the quilt show rules and category definitions prior to filling out the entry form. Rules and definitions can be found on the Quilting in the Pines web page at www.SandhillsQuilters.org.

    There is a fee of $7 per entry for Sandhills Quilters Guild members , and $12 per entry for non-members if submitted by August 18, 2026. If submitted after August 18, the fee will be $10 per entry for Sandhills Quilters Guild members and $15 per entry for non-members. There is no fee for Junior Entries.

    A high quality image (jpeg/jpg, png, tiff) must be submitted with each entry. In order to avoid confusion please ensure your image name includes your last name and quilt title (e.g. Smith_Spring Lillies.jpg)

    Once payment is received, you will receive your quilt number(s) along with information regarding quilt drop off. Please note that entry fees are non-refundable.

    While every reasonable effort will be taken to safeguard your entries, neither the Sandhills Quilters Guild nor the Pinehurst Fair Barn will be held responsible for any damage that might occur to your entries. Please consult your insurance agent regarding coverage of your items.
