    VISA Requirements:

    US Citizens: The European Union has implemented their Entry/Exit System (EES) effective April 12, 2026 for all non-EU citizens. There is nothing you need to do prior to travel — your biometric data (e.i., fingerprints and facial scan) will be collected upon arrival into your first entrance into any EU country.

    The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is scheduled to go into effect in late 2026. Once that is in place, non-EU passport holders will need to apply for the ETIAS authorization before travel. You will need to complete an application and pay a service fee of 20 euros (about $24) online. The authorization will be valid for two years or passport expiration if less than 2 years.

    NON-US Citizens: Please contact the Embassy of the country that issued your passport for EES, and/or ETIAS requirements & assistance.

    Once you have submitted your registration, any changes should be e-mailed to Denise@expanding-horizons.com. Please note, that this registration site is not compatible with some Apple devices.

    Any changes made after your reservation has been submitted may result in supplier penalties.

  • Travel Dates: Plan your departure from the US on May 21, 2027 to arrive in Dublin (DUB), Ireland on May 22, 2027. The tour beings with a private group dinner at 6:00 PM. The tour concludes in Edinburgh (EDI) on May 31 2027. You may plan your departure for any time on the May 31st.

    We recommend that you purchase travel protection. Expanding Horizons offers a group travel protection plan. The travel retailer is not qualified to answer questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of the travel protection.     Cancellation Policy:

    Days Prior to Departure Cancellation
    From Registration to 181 days prior to Departure  $100 per person is non-refundable
    From 180-91 days prior to Departure $500 per person is non-refundable
    From 90-51 days prior to Departure 60% per person is non-refundable
    From 50-31 days prior to Departure 80% per person is non-refundable
    From 30 days or less prior to Departure 100% per person is non-refundable
