    • Agreement

      The undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s) ("Parent/Guardian") agree to enroll the student identified above in Highlands Glen Academy and designate Highlands Glen Academy as the student's approved education provider under the applicable state-funded education program.

      Highlands Glen Academy agrees to permit the student to begin enrollment and receive educational services while the family's state funding application or payment authorization is pending. During this pending period, the Parent/Guardian will not be required to pay tuition in advance.

      The Parent/Guardian agrees to:

      Complete all required documentation and program requirements for the applicable state-funded education program in a timely manner.
      Designate Highlands Glen Academy as the student's education provider once funding is approved.
      Authorize all available eligible state funds to be applied toward the student's tuition and any eligible fees.
       

      Financial Responsibility

      If the anticipated state funding is denied, does not become available, or cannot be applied to Highlands Glen Academy for any reason, the Parent/Guardian agrees to pay all tuition and applicable fees for each month, or partial month, during which the student was enrolled and received educational services while funding was pending.

      If state funding is approved but does not cover the full amount owed, the Parent/Guardian is responsible only for the remaining balance not covered by the state funding program.

      This Agreement shall remain in effect regardless of delays or processing times by the applicable state funding agency.

      Acknowledgment

      The Parent/Guardian understands and acknowledges that approval, eligibility, funding amounts, and payment timelines are determined solely by the applicable state agency or funding program. Highlands Glen Academy does not guarantee:

      • Student eligibility for state funding;
      • Approval of the funding application;
      • The amount of funding awarded; or
      • The timing of any funding payments.

      By signing below, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
