✨ Model Registration – My Little Matilda Runway at the New York New Silk Road Children’s Model Competition ✨

This registration includes only the Dress Fee for participation in the My Little Matilda Runway during the New Silk Road Children’s Model Competition in New York on June 7th, 2026.

Please review the following important details:

No refunds and no cancellations are allowed.
My Little Matilda is the participating designer only and operates as a separate company from the New Silk Model competition.
The competition is owned and organized by New Silk Model, and models must be officially registered with the competition in order to walk in our runway.
The dress fee is paid directly to My Little Matilda, while the competition fee must be paid separately to the New Silk Model organization.
Models will keep the dress after the event.
Dresses will be shipped prior to the event date.
No dress changes are allowed.
The model is responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of registration.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I am either the model participating or the legal parent/guardian of the minor model, and I hereby grant My Little Matilda, Matilda Magazine full permission to use my image or my child’s image, likeness, name, and submitted photos for publication in the magazine, on social media, on the company website, in digital or print advertisements, and on billboards, without limitation and without any form of compensation. I acknowledge that all images submitted are my own property or that I have full legal rights and written authorization to submit them for publication. I accept full responsibility for any copyright or photo ownership claims related to the images submitted and agree to indemnify and hold My Little Matilda and Matilda Magazine harmless from any disputes, damages, or legal actions that may arise from improper photo rights. I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and that there are no cancellations. I also acknowledge that the publication of my image or my child’s image may be publicly visible online and in public spaces, and I release My Little Matilda Matilda and Matilda Magazine and its affiliates from any liability associated with such exposure. By completing this submission, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms stated herein.
