Payment
A credit card is required for online purchases. If your organization requires an invoice or to pay with a purchase order, please contact supportteam@outbackteambuilding.com to complete your order.
Cancellation & Transfers
We understand that plans change.
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the program may be transferred to a future session at no cost
- Cancellations made within 5 business days of the program are non-refundable
Minimum Participation
A minimum of 8 participants is required for the course to operate. If a session does not meet this requirement, you will have the option to:
- Transfer to another session, or
- Receive a full refund
