*Please complete the form below to register as a vendor and provide your relevant details. The Oklahoma Pecan Festival will be held on November 7, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM at Depot Park (251 E Main St., Ardmore, OK). *All vendors must be fully set up by 12:00 PM prior to the start of the Veterans Parade. The festival will officially begin immediately following the parade and ceremony.
*Early breakdown is not permitted unless previously approved by AMSA. Vendors who break down early without approval may not be invited to participate in future events. *Please note: Vendor fees are non-refundable. Before registering, please ensure you are fully committed to attending. *Electrical outlets will be provided; however, vendors are required to bring a minimum 50-foot extension cord to connect to power, depending on the location of your booth. *Suggested items to Bring: Canopy or tent for your booth space, table(s), chair(s), ice chest or cooler, water and personal refreshments, a fan (recommended for comfort), a 50+ foot extension cord (required for electric access), tablecloth(s) for your setup, cash or change for customer transactions (please note AMSA will not be able to provide change), and signage to clearly identify and promote your business or organization. *If you have any questions prior to the event, please contact Ardmore Main Street Authority at (580) 226-6246.
