WHAT: A queer, ocean, art event, featuring drag performances, an art workshop and ocean play and expression.
WHERE: Hare Creek Beach, Fort Brag, Mendocino County
WHEN: Saturday May 23rd & Saturday May 30th
WHO: Presented by Queer Surf, this event centers non-binary, queer and transgender community, and is open to the public. Queer curious and queer accomplices are welcome.

LOCATION & PARKING: Hare Creek Beach is a sweet pocket beach owned by the Mendocino Land Trust and located just south of the City of Fort Bragg. There are 3 different parking locations and trails to access the beach:
Option 1- The most accessible trail is accessed by parking on the southeast end of Bay View Drive and walking the trail that leads east back toward highway 1, then south, down to the beach. (See map below)
Option 2- Park in the Mendocino City College parking lot and walk the trail across the field and down to the beach
Option 3- Park on Cyprus road and take the short but steep trail down to the beach. This path has a couple of big steep steps and is the least accessible route, albeit the shortest.

ACCESSIBILITY: This event is free. Free street parking. There are no restrooms at this beach. Nearest restroom in Harvest Market in the Boatyard Shopping Center. This event is not wheelchair accessible. The path to the beach is a dirt path with uneven terrain.
