If accepted into the show you will pay a booth fee of $75

Most booths are standard" 10'x10'. Others are smaller/unique shape booths. In many cases, you will be able to park behind/within your assigned booth space. For booths that do not allow for parking, ample spaces are provided around the market for artist vehicles.

Please note only your non-refundable application fee of $10 is due at this time.

Specific requests for booths will be prioritized based on the date of your application and the need for electricity. The Friends of the Rochester Public Market simply cannot guarantee that everyone will receive their requested booth space, but we will try our very best! Thank you for your patience as we work around the needs of hundreds of artists.

I hereby release and forever discharge Artist Row, the City of Rochester, all sponsoring organizations (and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers) from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to or participation in Artist Row. Artist Row will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within the space designation for exhibits. I release any images of my work submitted with my application or taken at the event for publicity purposes. I will defend and indemnify sponsors and promoters of Artist Row from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and penalties caused or incurred by wrongful acts of exhibitor(s) or their agents or employees, including breach of the rules and regulations of the show. Further, I understand that I store my art at my own risk without exception or limitation. I am responsible for any damages I may cause (or any of my staff may cause) at the event. I authorize the Friends of the Rochester Public Market to use my photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms. I authorize the Friends of the Rochester Public Market to edit, alter, copy or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing. I agree that all intellectual property rights of the photos belong to the Friends of the Rochester Public Market.
