What is your dancer's ballet level? Please reference the schedule and placement guidelines above. Note that the Royal Academy of Dance ballet grade is different from an American school grade. If you are taking only tap and/or contemporary, please leave blank.

Agreements
Below are the 2026-2027 tuition rates. You will pay one-time registration and recital fees in the next section of this form using a credit card or ACH transfer. (We do not charge extra for credit cards but appreicate you using the lower-fee ACH option if possible!) Before your first class you will receive a separate email with your tuition invoice, which can be paid with cash, check, or an online ACH transfer. Tuition is non-refundable. We do not charge late fees but appreciate timely payments; all dancers must have a $0 balance one month before the recital. If you need to break up the trimester payments into smaller payments, please let us know. We are always happy to work out alternative payment schedules.
Liability Waiver: I agree to release indemnity and hold Spokane Studio of Dance, LLC, and its instructors harmless from any and all liability claims, actions, judgments, damages of injuries of every kind and nature whatsoever to the participant and/or their property arising from participation in activities for which the participant is registered. I understand that dance requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I further recognize that there are inherent risks in this practice which could potentially result in possible physical injury to my child, and that my child is in in sufficient condition to practice in one or more dance classes in a safe and healthy manner. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my child's participation in one or more dance classes and that my child is physically fit and does not have any medical condition which would prevent their full participation in one or more classes. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown which may occur while my child, myself and any attendant family members or others are on the property. My child will act in a safe and responsible manner, and engage in the practice of dance in a safe and responsible manner.*

This registration fee is non-refundable and secures your spot in class. You will receive an email invoice for tuition, which is due at the beginning of each trimester and payable through ACH transfer, check or cash.

Recital Fee

Your recital fee includes a costume that's yours to keep, a fresh pair of tights (for Pre-Ballet through Grade 5), free admission to our end-of-year recital at the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, and a digital download of a professionally-produced video.

Extra Costumes

If your dancer needs more than one costume (i.e., they are in tap or contemporary as well as ballet) please select the appropriate number of costumes they will need in ADDITION to the costume that is included with their recital fee.
