Cancellation/Refund Policy: Session fees will be refunded in full should Lupo Academy cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances - you will need to rebook next available dates via the booking form as normal. Sessions cancelled by you will only be refunded if the space booked can be filled, should this not be possible no refund will be issued. Images/video may be posted on our Facebook page/website where these can be viewed and downloaded free of charge for your enjoyment. Images may also be used at a later date in marketing promotion materials. Photography and video is focussed on your dog and their training, however there may be occasions where you may potentially be in shot - please let us know at the beginning of session should you wish to not have photos/video used as outlined above. All unused photography and video is securely destroyed.
