    At Oasis, our workshop tracks are designed to meet you where you are in leadership and help you take your next step. Each track offers two sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, allowing you to go deeper in a focused area.

  • Track 1: Senior Leaders

    For those carrying primary leadership responsibility in churches and ministries. This track is designed for Lead Pastors, Executive Pastors, and senior-level leaders navigating vision, leadership weight, and organizational direction.

    This year at Oasis, we’re introducing Box Lunches & Community Tables—intentional midday gatherings designed to create space for connection, conversation, and shared learning.

  • Choose a box lunch and reserve a seat at a Community Table where you’ll join a small, hosted conversation around a specific ministry topic. Each table is led by a facilitator and limited to 9 participants to create space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and relationship building.

    Whether you’re looking to learn, share, or connect with others in a similar ministry space, these tables are designed to help you walk away with both insight and new relationships.
