  • Volunteer Bond

The Volunteer Bond Program encourages St. Marys Curling members to meet the volunteer needs required to maintain a successful, volunteer-run organization. At the beginning of the season, members must pay a $100 Volunteer Bond deposit, which is added to your membership fee. If volunteer obligations are met, the deposit will be returned in full. If volunteer obligations are not met, then the payment will be forfeited to St. Marys Curling.

For more information, visit: http://stmaryscurling.ca/volunteer-bond/ If you have already volunteered during the off-season (April '26 to Oct '26) or are a league convenor or board/committee member for the upcoming season, please select the second option.

  • I understand this program and will include $100 on my registration fee.*
  • I am interested in the following volunteer opportunities:
  • Associate Member Sparing Terms

  • As an Associate Member, you may:

    • Be listed on spare lists.
    • Spare in leagues when needed.
    • Play with a team for a maximum of 3 weeks in succession, but not be a regular member of a team.

    General Sparing Guidelines:

    • Spare lists are the first priority for filling spots.
    • Both the spare and the team are responsible for making sure eligibility rules are followed. If you are unsure, please ask the league convenor.
    • League conveners may adjust sparing rules for playoffs or special events.
    • All sparing is expected to follow the spirit of fun and fairness.

If at any time you decide you would like to join a league full time, please connect with the Manager to sort out a pro-rated league fee.

  • Select the league or leagues you are interested in playing or sparing in this season. League offerings and start times are subject to change based on registration numbers and scheduling. Leagues require sufficient registration to run and may be adjusted, combined, or cancelled if minimum participation is not reached.

St. Marys Curling offers a flexible membership structure designed to let you build a curling season that works for you. Start with a base membership and choose the leagues that best match your schedule, interests, and style of play. Most leagues are available at our standard league fee, while select Premium Leagues carry an additional fee based on their format or ice requirements.

Whether you curl once a week or fill your schedule with multiple leagues, our structure gives you the flexibility to create the season that’s right for you.

  • Daytime Leagues

  • Daytime Mixed Social - Monday 12:00pm and 2:00pm
  • Monday Daytime Social is a great fit for retirees and anyone with a flexible daytime schedule. Games focus on fun, participation, and friendly competition, with an easygoing atmosphere that makes it a great way to stay active and connected throughout the winter.

    League Fee: $75

  • Daytime Drop-In is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some casual curling during the day. Simply drop in when your schedule allows, with teams made up from the curlers in attendance. It’s an easy way to stay active, get some extra games in, and enjoy friendly curling throughout the season.

NOTE: THIS ONLY COUNTS AS 1 LEAGUE FOR BOTH DAYS. NO SPARING IN THIS LEAGUE

  • Daytime 2 on 2 League - Friday 10:00am
  • Daytime 2 on 2 features two-player teams in a quicker format that keeps both curlers involved throughout the game. It’s a great option for players looking for more curling, more shot-making, and a fun strategic challenge during the day.

    Premium League Fee: $100

  • Daytime 2 Person Stick League - Friday 1:00pm
  • Two-Person Stick Curling offers a unique and accessible way to enjoy the game. Teams consist of just two players, with all stones delivered using a curling stick and no sweeping between the hog lines. With fewer players and six-end games, the format moves quickly while putting plenty of emphasis on shot-making and strategy.

It’s a great option for curlers who prefer stick delivery, want a shorter game format, or are looking for a new way to experience competitive and social curling. MORE INFO HERE

    League Fee: $75

  • Evening Leagues

  • 2 on 2 League - Mondays 6:30pm and 8:05pm
  • Evening 2-on-2 is designed for experienced curlers looking for a competitive challenge in a fast-moving format. With just two players per team, both curlers are involved on every end, putting an added emphasis on shot-making, strategy, and teamwork.

    Premium League Fee $100

  • Open Novice Leagues - Mondays and Fridays
  • Ideal for curlers with fewer than 5 years of experience, but everyone is welcome. This league offers a fun, no-pressure environment to develop your game. You don’t need to bring a full team; we’ll create new teams each night. Players will have the chance to try all positions, helping to broaden their skills, with occasional instruction provided to support learning and confidence.

If you have never curled before, you might be better off registering for our Learn to curl league. Registration for that is located here: https://form.jotform.com/242375099279066

    League Fee: $75 per night

  • Ladies Social League - Tuesdays 6:30pm
  • The Women’s Social League offers friendly competition in a relaxed atmosphere, with games played at a set 6:30 PM time each week. It’s a great option for women looking for a consistent evening schedule while enjoying good curling, great company, and the social side of the game.

    Premium League Fee: $100

  • NEW Tuesday Rock League - Tuesdays 8:35pm
  • The Tuesday Night Rock League is all about keeping curling casual, flexible, and fun. There are no set teams for the season; instead, teams are made up each night from the players in attendance. It’s a great way to curl with different people, meet other players, and enjoy the game without the pressure of traditional league play.

The season is divided into three 6-week sessions, allowing you to register for one, two, or all three depending on your schedule. Each session offers a fresh start, making Rock League a great option for anyone who wants to curl but isn’t ready to commit to a full season.

Whether you're a newer curler looking for more game experience, an experienced player looking for another night on the ice, or simply someone who wants to have some fun on a Tuesday night, just sign up, show up, and let's rock.

    League Fee:

    1 session - $25

    2 sessions - $50

    3 sessions - $75

  • Open Competitive League - Wednesday 6:30pm and 8:35pm
  • Year-End Championship Weekend

The Wednesday Night Competitive League will once again conclude with a year-end playoff to determine our St. Marys Curling Champion. The regular season will remain important, with a regular season winner recognized and final standings used to determine seeding for the championship playoff.

This year’s playoff is planned for April 2–3. We heard the feedback from last season and will be taking it into consideration as we finalize this year’s format and schedule. Full playoff details will be shared during the season.

As with last year, participation in the year-end playoff is optional. However, we ask teams registering for Wednesday Night Competitive to keep April 2–3 available if they intend to participate.

  • Mixed Social League - Thursday 6:30pm and 8:00pm
  • Thursday Night Social features six-end games designed to leave more time to socialize after curling. Participants can register with a spouse, friend, family member, or on their own, with four-person teams formed for the season. Along with friendly competition on the ice, we’ll be expanding lounge activities throughout the season to make Thursday nights an even more social experience.

    League Fee: $75

  • Rowan’s Law – Concussion Safety

  • Rowan's Law is a concussion safety program designed to protect and educate athletes about the risks of head injuries. To ensure compliance at St. Marys Curling and to help reduce risk to our members and guests, we ask that all participants — or guardians of participants — review the appropriate Rowan's Law Concussion Awareness Resource linked below.

Individuals and organizations that rent our facilities are responsible for ensuring that anyone under the age of 26 has reviewed the applicable Rowan's Law Concussion Awareness Resource prior to using the curling facility.
