Disclaimer:

★ Tuition will not be refunded if any student is expelled for violating any of the school policies.
★ Uniform Guidelines: All students are required to wear Red Shirts. Additionally, girls aged 9 years and above must wear hijab and long shirts with long sleeves.
★ All new parents are required to attend 1 parent orientation before the start of the school year. All parents and students must sign and agree to the school policies and regulations. An active email account must be provided for at least on of the parents.
★ This information is subject to change. If any changes are made, we will provide updates to the parents through the email that is provided.
★ We reserve the right to deny any (current or new) students. If you have unpaid tuition from the previous year, your child may be denied until payment is made.
By enrolling in the Hifz Weekend School Program, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Availability: The Hifz Weekend School Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited. Enrollment is not guaranteed until a completed registration form and payment are received.
Health and Safety: Parents are responsible for informing Hifz Academy of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their child’s participation in the program. Hifz Academy will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, but parents are ultimately responsible for ensuring their child is fit for participation.
Payment and Refunds: The annual program fee is $735 - 1st Child + $25 Application Fee per family and must be paid in full before the program begins. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or missed sessions, except in cases of documented illness or emergency.
Program Modifications: Hifz Academy reserves the right to modify the program schedule, activities, or fees as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Parents will be notified in advance if any significant changes occur.
Behavioral Expectations: Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the program. Hifz Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts the program or compromises the safety of others, with no refund provided.
Liability: Hifz Academy is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items brought to the program. By enrolling, parents agree to release Hifz Academy from liability for any injury or accident that may occur during the summer program, except in cases of negligence by the Academy.
Photos and Media: Hifz Academy may take photos and videos of students during the program for use in promotional materials, social media, and other communications. If parents prefer that their child not be included in such materials, they must notify the school in writing prior to the start of the program (Sr. Sara Saadawi at 813-531-1536).
By registering for the Hifz Weekend School Program, parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
