Policies
Registration to fill classes will be in the order that fees are received
In the event that the required number of registrants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to one day prior to the starting date.
Payments for classes cancelled by the CVA will be fully refunded.
If start dates are changed, students will be notified and given the
option to withdraw from the class. (Unless start is postponed due to weather).
A full refund less a $20.00 admin. fee will be given to registrants canceling at least 8 days prior to the class start date. To withdraw please contact the cvaregistrar01@gmail.com
