    School Application Fee -- $50.00 -- To be paid with application
    This is a non-refundable application-processing fee.

    Lecture Phase with Housing --$4,795 CAD
    Lecture Phase w/o Housing -- $3,995 CAD
    This fee is for the first phase (13 weeks) of the DTS and covers school set up and supplies, food, guest speaker travel, and more. Lecture Phase Deposit: $1,000 -- To be paid 30 days prior to DTS start date. This is a non-refundable. Remaining Fee to be paid upon arrival.

    Outreach Phase -- $5,000 - $5,500 CAD -- The first outreach deposit is due the 6th week and the final outreach costs are due the 8th week
    This fee is for the second phase (8 weeks) of the DTS and covers flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and food. The outreach fee does not have an exact cost to it as there are various factors that determine this fee. This fee will be set once the outreach location is agreed upon.

  • Heart of David DTS Refund Policy
    Heart of David DTS will refund a student’s Lecture Phase (course costs) and Outreach Phase fees for the following reasons:
    1. Student voluntarily withdrawals from the school (breach of visa, family emergencies, medical, etc.).
    2. Student is asked to leave because of breach of code of conduct.

    Refund schedule is as follows:
    Lecture Phase
    Registration Fee – NON-REFUNDABLE

    Prior to 1st week – 100% of course costs (minus deposit) 
    1st week – 75% of course costs 
    2nd week – 50% of course costs
    3rd week – 25% of course costs NON-REFUNDABLE at the
    4th week and beyond – 0% of course costs 

     

    Outreach Phase
    The outreach deposit is non-refundable, but all fees above the initial outreach deposit are refundable up until the date of departure. All outreach fees are NON-REFUNDABLE at the commencement of the outreach.

    Weeks are from Sunday to Saturday, the 1st week being Foundations. Date of withdrawal is determined by the date the student confirms withdrawal with the school leader; non-attendance days do not reflect in school timeline or adjustment of refunds. Funds received in excess of program fees will not be reimbursed and will remain at the YWAM Base.

    I confirm that I understand payment of the required course fees, as per the payment schedule shown above, must be made on or before my arrival, unless otherwise arranged with Heart of David DTS, and I agree to do so. I also confirm that I am fully aware of the refund policy and my financial obligations to Heart of David DTS. I have read and agree to all above terms. I accept all responsibility for all fees and personal expenses incurred during my involvement with the Heart of David DTS.
