FOUNDING MEMBER AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Blue Repose LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Blue Repose Float Studio (“Company”), and the Founding Member (“Member”).

1. Founding Membership Overview
The Blue Repose Founding Circle is a limited, early-access membership offering available to the first fifty (50) members.
As a Founding Member, you will receive:
•One (1) 60-minute float session per month, with rollover
•One (1) 60-minute guest pass annually
•Priority booking and reserved access
•Invitation to the Blue Repose grand opening
•Founding Member gift
•Recognition as a Founding Member
•A locked-in membership rate for the duration of uninterrupted membership

2. Activation of Membership
Membership benefits will begin upon the official opening of Blue Repose.
The Member understands that services are not available prior to opening and that this membership is being purchased as part of a pre-opening Founding Circle offering.

3. Opening Timeline
Blue Repose is currently in development. While an anticipated opening timeframe may be communicated, all timelines are estimates and subject to change.
The Company will provide updates as progress continues.

4. Payment Terms
The Founding Membership fee of $780 is due in full at the time of enrollment.
Payment secures:
•Founding Member status
•Locked-in membership rate
•Reserved access within the Founding Circle

5. Refund Policy
Founding Memberships are non-refundable.
However, in the event Blue Repose is unable to open, all Founding Memberships will be fully refunded.
Memberships may be transferred to another individual upon written request and approval by Blue Repose.

6. Membership Use & Rollover
•Monthly float sessions may roll over if unused
•Rollover sessions are intended to be used within the active membership period and do not carry over beyond the renewal date
•Guest passes are issued annually and do not accumulate

7. Continuity of Membership
The Founding Member rate and associated benefits are contingent upon uninterrupted membership.
If membership is canceled or lapses, the Founding rate and status may not be reinstated.

8. Nature of Services
Blue Repose provides wellness-based float services designed for relaxation and restoration.
These services are not medical or clinical in nature and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By purchasing a Founding Membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
