REFUND POLICY: By clicking submit you are agreeing to the following terms.
- Scheduled ahead appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior with a full refund.
- Scheduled ahead appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior but more than 4 hours prior will be subject to a 50% refund.
- Same-Day appointments cancelled more than 4 hours prior will be subject to a 50% refund
- Any appointment cancelled less than 4 hours prior will not be eligible for any refund. Including Same-Day Rush (less than 2 hours).
If your notary does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment we will reschedule or provide a full refund.

If the notary deems the signer unable to sign due to congnitive decline no refunds will be provided.
