Balloon Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required before we begin working on your order. This deposit secures your order and covers the time and materials used for preparation.
At the time of pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the order and make sure everything looks as requested, including colors, wording, and design details. If any adjustments are needed, please let us know at pickup so we can make the changes if possible.
Once you leave with your balloon order, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
However, we will provide a refund or replacement if there is an issue caused by our mistake, such as:
- A POP Me balloon that does not pop as intended
- A gender reveal balloon with the incorrect color
- Incorrect customization that does not match the approved design
Balloons are delicate and require proper care. To help your balloon last as long as possible:
- Avoid heat and direct sunlight, which can cause balloons to expand and pop.
- Keep balloons away from sharp objects (nails, jewelry, corners, etc.).
- Do not leave balloons in a hot car.
- Keep balloons indoors when possible and away from rough surfaces.
- Handle balloons gently, especially clear balloons and stuffed balloons.
- Balloons can naturally shrink in cold temperatures and expand in warm temperatures, which is normal.
We cannot guarantee balloon longevity once they leave our care due to environmental conditions and handling.
