Enrollment in the Seasonal Mastermind Experience is a commitment to a structured, guided experience that requires preparation, planning, and reserved space.All payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.By enrolling, participants acknowledge and agree that:Their seat is reserved specifically for themProgram resources and planning begin upon enrollmentNo refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or partial participation🔁 Cancellations & TransfersIf a participant is unable to attend after enrolling:The participant may request to transfer their seat to a future season, subject to availability and approvalTransfer requests must be submitted prior to the program start dateOnly one transfer may be granted per enrollmentAfter the program has begun, transfers are not guaranteed.❌ Forfeiture of SeatA participant’s seat will be considered forfeited if:They cancel after the program start dateThey do not attend scheduled sessionsThey withdraw voluntarily during the experienceIn such cases:No refunds or credits will be issuedAccess to the experience may be discontinued at the facilitator’s discretion
