Community Camp

July 19-25, 2026. This beloved camp, hosted for generations by First Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ, is opening its doors this year to the wider Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Church of Christ community. While the heart of the experience remains unchanged—led and programmed by First Plymouth’s trusted leadership—this expanded invitation creates space for new connections across the conference.
Important Instructions

Registering for a family or group who are lodging together: Complete one form for your entire group. You will enter individual details for each person in this one form. Then select shared lodging for the group at the end of the form.

Registering as an individual: Complete the form for yourself, skipping information for additional adults and minors, and select a private room or a shared room with other solo participants on the last page.

We are committed to making Community Camp accessible to everyone.

Minimum registration: $50 per person
Scholarships: Available in any amount—no one will be turned away due to cost
Tiered Pricing (Choose the level that fits your situation)

Adults (18+):

Lodging is selected per individual or group, depending on your preference.

Shared Cabin Room – $400
For solo campers who would like to be placed with others. Includes one bed in a bunk room with a shared bathroom.

Private Cabin Room – $654
For solo campers who want their own room, or families/groups sharing one cabin room.

Lapp Lodge Shared Room – $485
For solo campers who want to share a hotel-style room with 1–2 other participants.

Lapp Lodge Private Room – $1134
For families/groups (up to 5) or solo campers who want a private hotel-style room.

Yurt (Whole Unit) – $250
Sleeps up to 10 on bunk beds. A great option for groups who want a more rustic, communal experience.

Partial Week Option: If you are unable to attend the entire week of Sunday through Saturday, you may register for a partial week. By entering the coupon code HALF on the final page, you indicate that you/your group will be attending Wednesday night through Saturday morning. Entering that coupon code will take 50% off of your total cost. NOTE that the partial week option is NOT available for Lapp Lodge. To register for half of the week, you will need to stay in a cabin or yurt.

  I understand that there are numerous risks associated with participation in any outdoor activities, including such risks as hiking, swimming, backpacking, out-camping, wildlife interactions, ropes courses, field games, crafts, and transportation to and from camp activities, and that many, but not all, of these risks are inherent in these and other activities. These risks, which contribute to the unique character and desirability of the activities involved, may pose the possibility of severe injury, illness, or death. I further understand that most of the activities involved in the program experience at La Foret will take place in an outdoor environment, and that La Foret staff have taken all reasonable measures to insure the safety and well being of all participants, including, but not limited to:
  - insuring that any instructors for activities offered at La Foret meet all the regulatory requirements (local, state, federal) for that position or activity.
  - insuring that all obvious and known hazards have been removed from the actual program area and frequented grounds.
  I also understand that many of the risks inherent in the program experience cannot be eliminated, altered or controlled. Some, but not all, of the specific risks include:
  - Weather conditions may change rapidly and unpredictably and may directly cause injury. Severe weather such as thunderstorms, hail storms, lightning strikes, burning sun, cold temperatures, forest fires, tornadoes, and others may also affect participant safety through the secondary impact of power outages, impaired equipment, and structural damage.
  - Equipment used in activities may break, fail or malfunction, despite reasonable maintenance and use, and may inflict injuries, even when used as intended. Persons using equipment may lose control of such equipment and cause injury to themselves and/or others.
  - Most activities take place in a natural environment where unexpected, unseen, unknown, and/or unmarked objects and conditions create risk of injury, i.e. tripping, falling, slipping, insect bites, animal contact, unstable surface conditions, falling rocks and objects, potentially harmful vegetation, etc.
  - Facilitators use their best judgment in determining participant's ability to participate in camp activities. However, participants may have unknown conditions which would limit their participation in certain activities or increase participant's risk of injury. It is imperative that participants and/or parents notify the event staff, in writing via this registration process, of any known limitations.

  In consideration of my own, my children's, or my family group's participation in activities sponsored by La Foret Conference and Retreat Center:
  
  I understand that there are numerous risks associated with participation in any outdoor activities, including such risks as hiking, swimming, backpacking, out-camping, wildlife interactions, ropes courses, field games, crafts, and transportation to and from camp activities, and that many, but not all, of these risks are inherent in these and other activities. These risks, which contribute to the unique character and desirability of the activities involved, may pose the possibility of severe injury, illness, or death. I further understand that most of the activities involved in the program experience at La Foret will take place in an outdoor environment, and that La Foret staff have taken all reasonable measures to insure the safety and well being of all participants, including, but not limited to:
  - insuring that any instructors for activities offered at La Foret meet all the regulatory requirements (local, state, federal) for that position or activity.
