OVERVIEW
Thank you for registering for Champions Riverside Resort's first summer day camp program! We are excited to have your children join us for a summer filled with lots of smiles, fun and memories made!
This camp will be held on-site at Champions Riverside Resort. This camp is geared towards children between the ages of 7 and 12. Camp will run Monday - Friday, from 7:30am - 5:30pm starting June 1 and ending August 21.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF will be held at the Security Guard shack, located to the right of the main entrance gate into the park, unless otherwise noted in the weekly email.
The weekly schedule will be emailed out to participants the Friday prior to the corresponding week so PLEASE make sure the email you provide on this form and the paperwork sent to you is updated and accurate.
Please plan to bring a water bottle (labeled with your childs name), wear close-toed shoes, sunscreen and swim gear daily to camp!
Lunch and two snacks per day will be provided by Champions Riverside Resort. Snacks will vary but the lunch menu for the week will be sent with the weekly schedule. If your child does not want the lunch provided, you are welcome to send a lunch with them. Please note that refridgerator and microwave are not provided to camp participants so please pack lunch accordingly. Kids may also bring their own snacks if preferred. It is your responsibility to label all lunchboxes, waterbottles, etc that children bring with them. Champions Riverside Resort is not responsible for lost items.
Upon completing registration, you will be emailed (to the email you list on this registration form) a packet of enrollment paperwork within a week. PLEASE fill out and return ASAP. Your child is not permitted to attend camp until the packet is filled out, signed and returned.
**Please note that there are no partial or full refunds available for the summer day camp once paid.**
