There are several steps to this form. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.
Ensure Accuracy
Please ensure accuracy when entering player emails. Without doing so, the appropriate information will not be sent to those players.
Conditions of Play
Before moving on, ALL players registered for the US Open automatically accept the Conditions of Play (CoP). All registered players will receive a link to the CoP via email once this registration form has been submitted.
Entry Requirements
Completing this Entry Form requires:
- Payment of the appropriate fee(s)
- Providing required demographic information for anyone you enter
Entry Fee Allocation
The 2026 US Open features a simple, all-inclusive entry fee of $80 per person, per event. The entry fee allocation is as follows:
- Prize Pool: $55
- Event Operations: $25
Prize Money
A minimum of 90% of the prize pool, funded by the $55 player contribution, will be returned to participants as prize money, ensuring strong and meaningful payouts across all disciplines.
Entry Options
- You may enter up to: 1 Fours team, 2 Pairs teams, and 4 Singles players.
- Fours and Pairs entries/payment are by team only. Only complete teams will be accepted - no TBA's.
Entry Fees
- Singles = $80 each
- Pairs = $160/team
- Fours = $320/team

Verification of Entry
- After completing this form you will receive an email confirmation of your entry. The email will be sent to the address provided in the Full Registration Confirmation section below.
- If you don't receive the confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Registrations will be posted to the Bowls USA website > Events > US Open. It is the players' responsibility to check the website to be certain entries are correct.
