4th Annual Elite Youth Baseball Camp Registration

We are excited to announce the 4th Annual Elite Youth Baseball Camp, taking place June 15–17 at Jack Hoeven Field in Minot. This camp continues to grow each year and is designed to provide high-quality instruction, skill development, and a fun, encouraging environment for young athletes of all levels.

Originally founded and sponsored by Minot Health Clinic, the camp is now proudly operated under the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While the foundation now leads the camp, it remains closely connected to Minot Health Clinic as a founding supporter. This transition allows us to expand opportunities, enhance programming, and continue investing in youth development in our community.

This year, we are excited to introduce an expanded introductory camp for ages 5–6, designed specifically for younger athletes just beginning their baseball journey. This group will focus on fundamentals, confidence-building, and fun through age-appropriate instruction.

In addition, we are making an exciting change to the camp experience. Instead of providing lunch, we will be offering an autograph session with coaches and staff. This gives every participant a memorable, interactive experience. Each camper will also receive a personalized certificate with space for autographs, ensuring no one misses out.  

All participants will benefit from experienced coaching, structured skill development, and an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and growth both on and off the field.

8:00–9:00 AM: Ages 5–6
9:00–11:00 AM: Ages 10–14
12:00–3:00 PM: Ages 7–9

Tuesday, June 16
8:00–9:00 AM: Ages 5–6 (Autograph session 8:45am–9am)
9:00 AM–12:00 PM: Ages 10–14 (Autograph session 11:45am-12pm)
1:00–3:00 PM: Ages 7–9 (Autograph session 2:45pm-3pm)

Wednesday, June 17
8:00–11:00 AM: All ages

Registration and Pricing

Early Registration: April 1 – May 1
• Ages 5–6: $70
• Ages 7–14: $90

Regular Registration: May 2 – May 20
• Ages 5–6: $80
• Ages 7–14: $100

Important Registration Note
Please be sure to register your child under the correct age group. Registration must match your child’s age and appropriate division. Any participant registered under an incorrect (lower-cost) age group will be placed in that selected group, including the 5–6 introductory camp if chosen. No adjustments will be made on the day of camp.

Parent/Guardian Consent and Liability Waiver

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered camper. I authorize staff of the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation and Elite Baseball Camp to seek and provide medical attention for my child in the event of illness, injury, or accident during camp, and I accept full responsibility for any related medical costs.

I understand that baseball is a physical sport with inherent risks of injury and that my child will not receive constant individualized supervision. I confirm that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in all camp activities.

I acknowledge that Elite Baseball Camp is operated by the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation, a nonprofit organization, and is not a medical service of Minot Health Clinic. I agree not to hold the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation, Elite Baseball Camp, or Minot Health Clinic liable for any claims related to injury, loss, or damage during camp participation.

Partial refunds may be available if you notify us before camp starts and we are able to fill the vacated spot. Refund amounts—partial or full—will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. Please note that all refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.

I, the undersigned, grant permission for the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation and Elite Baseball Camp to photograph and/or video record my child during participation in camp activities.

I understand that these photos and videos may be used for the following purposes:
• Camp promotion and advertisements
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including sharing through Minot Health Clinic social media platforms
• Website and online content
• Printed materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)

I acknowledge that:
• No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or videos
• All media becomes the property of the 701 Baseball Camp Foundation
• Media may be used without additional notice or approval
• My child’s first name only may be used; no other identifying information will be shared

Safety and Respect
I understand that all media will be used in a respectful and appropriate manner and will not be used in any way that could harm or misrepresent my child.
