Come learn gardening basics, seed starts, bed tending, soil building, and composting!

Theater Skills and Games with SoL Theater Company
For grades 1st through 5th Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:15pm-4:30pm
Dates: April 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30. Minimum 5 students to run, maximum 15.

In the event of an accident or other emergency, when a parent is unavailable, I hereby authorize a representative of the school to make such arrangements as is considered necessary for my child to receive medical or hospital care, including necessary transportation. Under such circumstances I further authorize the physician named below to undertake such care and treatment of my child as is considered necessary. The undersigned, being of lawful age and being the parent(s) or legal guardians(s) of the above named child(ren), for and in consideration of my/our child(ren)’s being allowed to attend the after school programs at the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork or any other programs of the Aspen Waldorf Foundation, and/or my/our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do/does hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork, the Aspen Waldorf Foundation, its officers, staff, Board of Trustees, agents, servants, successors, and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships from all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensation whatsoever which the undersigned or said child(ren) has/have or which may hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries and property damage and the consequences thereof resulting or to result from said child(ren)’s participation in the program, activities (curricular and extracurricular) and instructions of the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork.

I/We further agree that I/we will not hold the the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork and/or the Aspen Waldorf Foundation responsible for the loss or destruction of any personal property of mine/our or said child(ren)’s lost or stolen property during the time said child(ren) remains a student at the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork.

This Release shall be valid for the 2024-25 school year as long as my/our child(ren) remains a student(s) at the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork and/or participates in its activities.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

· NO REFUNDS are given for cancellation. However, prior to 14 DAYS of the start of the class, we will consider cancellation requests for documented family emergencies, illness, or accidents that prevent participation.

· In the event that WSRF has to cancel a class, FULL REFUNDS will be issued.
