Santa Cruz Learning Center may occasionally take photos during camp activities to showcase the fun and learning. These images may be used on our website, social media, flyers, or other promotional materials.

• By selecting "No", we will ensure your child is not included in any promotional photos. We respect your family's privacy and will honor your choice.

Refund Policy

I understand that camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of illness or injury that prevents participation and is verified by a physician.

We appreciate your understanding, as staffing, supplies, and materials are planned in advance based on confirmed registrations.

Teen & Tween Behavior Expectations
At Santa Cruz Learning Center, we aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone can feel comfortable, engaged, and supported.

To help maintain a positive group experience, we expect all participants to:

Treat others with respect and consideration
Follow staff directions and group expectations
Stay with the group and within designated areas
Use appropriate language and communication
Respect shared spaces, materials, and property

Safety Expectations
Behaviors that compromise the safety or well-being of the group are not permitted. These include:

Physical aggression (hitting, pushing, etc.)
Verbal harassment or intimidation
Destruction of property
Leaving the group without permission

We must have your physical signature directly on this form (typed signatures or completed Google Docs are not accepted).

This form provides us with important medical and contact information for your child. We carry a copy with us during all off-site adventures, such as trips to the beach or park, so that we are prepared in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Payment Information

Because these camps are small and require advance preparation of materials, full payment is required to reserve a spot.

We are unable to hold spots without payment, as supplies, staffing, and planning are based on confirmed registrations.
