The ACDA-PA Choir For All is a one-day honor choir festival for singers ages 8-98, at Lebanon Valley College on August 3, 2026, led by SERVIRE. The goal of this choir is to foster intergenerational and intercultural dialogue through choral music and service to others. The day will be divided into age-appropriate rehearsal segments, but combine for a community service project and to make the "Choir For All" in the final concert:

Young Singers: ages 8-10
Middle Singers: ages 11-14
Festival Singers: ages 15-98

The cost for the day is $60 per singer and includes lunch, t-shirt, snack and music. Directors should plan to participate at NO CHARGE. (If planning to stay for the conference, please register for the conference separately.)

Directors can register their students as a group, or parents may register their students individually. Singers 18 and older may register themselves. Directors and parents are responsible for chaperoning their own students and helping prepare the music in advance of the festival day. Directors do not need to be members of ACDA to bring students to this event.

9:30-10:45 Rehearsals by Age Group: (ages 8-10, 11-15, 16+)

10:45-11:00 Break

11:00-12:00 Service Project: Servire

12:00-1:00 Lunch (boxed lunches served)

1:00-2:15 Combined Rehearsal- Servire

2:15-2:30 Break

2:30-4:00 Combined Rehearsal/Risers/Dress Rehearsal- Servire

4:00-4:30 Snack Break and Line Up

4:30-5:30 Award Ceremony and Choir for All Concert

Singer Information

Please list all singers participating, their voice part, t-shirt size, and a contact email address (student or parent as appropriate).

Please list voice parts according to how they are grouped in your ensemble (SATB, high/middle/low, part 1/part 2, etc.).

Please list t-shirt sizes as
Youth: YS, YM, YL, YXL, YXXL
Adult: S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL

Registration Options:

Depending on the choir's situation, the director may pay all registration fees for their singers or a check may need to be sent in.  Please select your options accordingly. 

Please note all payments must be received by August 3, 2026.

Consent:

1. “In completing this registration form on behalf of my singers, I agree that we will abide by all rules and policies prescribed by the festival site. For high school singers, all associated parents/guardians grant permission for their child(ren) to participate in this ACDA-PA sponsored festival and will not hold ACDA-PA or its members responsible for any unforeseen accident, illness, or loss of property during or in transit to/from the above festival.”

"By accepting ACDA-PA's invitation to perform at our State Conference in August 2026, you understand and give permission to ACDA, and to whomever it sends releases, to use the photographic likeness of all performers in all forms and media (video and audio) for news releases and articles, website depictions, digital live-streaming or archival format, promotional materials, advertising, future educational material, and any other lawful purposes."
