Notes and Terms:

• Pricing is based on a group of 12 golfers traveling together. Final pricing will be adjusted based on the confirmed group size.
• Pricing is based on a USD exchange rate conversion of USD/JPY ¥160. If, at the time of final balance, the prevailing exchange rate changes materially, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
• A 25% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 90 days require full payment at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions or required by applicable supplier terms. Once services are confirmed, supplier terms and any applicable cancellation conditions apply.
• Pricing is based on shared or single occupancy, as selected on the booking form. Substitutions may be possible subject to supplier approval.
• All golf courses are planned as listed and remain subject to course availability, local operating conditions, club policies, and supplier confirmation. If necessary, a comparable course of similar quality and experience will be arranged.
• Submitting a booking form allows Elite Golf Experiences to begin securing services on your behalf. Your booking is confirmed once Elite Golf Experiences issues written confirmation.
• These booking terms complement and should be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions of Elite Golf Experiences, which form an integral part of this agreement.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgment and Waiver

I acknowledge that I have been offered the opportunity to purchase comprehensive travel insurance (details provided below), including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended and that failure to obtain adequate coverage may result in significant financial loss.

If I choose not to purchase travel insurance, I do so at my own risk, accept full responsibility for any resulting losses, and expressly waive any claims against the tour operator arising from this decision.
