We greatly appreciate your patronage during the 2025-2026 season. We are now in the planning stages for the 2026-2027 Indoor Season which begins on September 21, 2026.

In order to retain your current seasonal court day and time, we will need to receive this form fully completed no later than May 10th, 2026. The form submission must be accompanied by a $250 per court hour deposit.

No courts will be held without both the submitted form and deposit. Any seasonal courts that are not renewed by May 10th, 2026 will be opened up for sale.

In addition, we understand we had some colder days this past winter season. We heard your feedback regarding the temperature in the bubble, and we are pleased to share that we are planning to upgrade our heating systems ahead of the upcoming indoor session. Our goal is to provide a consistently comfortable environment for all our players, and we hope to provide a warmer experience on the court.

General Information and Terms:

No court time will be held if full payment is not received by September 1st, 2026.

The "Main Contact" is responsible for payment, and any court time not paid in full by the first day of play will be removed from the schedule. This will be strickly enforced. Any lack of payment will result in seasonal court time being released for sale to the public. You will lose any payment made.

All seasonal court time can only be sold and booked by The Club at Great Neck Estates.

This contract allows you to use a court designated by The Club at Great Neck Estates for the allotted time and day indicated above for the entire 2026-2027 indoor season. The indoor season runs from September 21st, 2026 to April 4th, 2027.

In the event that you are unable to keep any of your reserved seasonal court time, you must notify The Club at Great Neck Estates in advance and the club will make every effort to resell that time. There are no guarantees that the club will resell that time, and there will be no refunds for sessions missed.

We do not offer makeups for missed sessions. If you list known absences above, we will prorate your total or extend your season. If the club cancels a date due to weather or any other reason, a one-week extension will be added to your schedule.

Seasonal court time can only be resold through the club.

All players must abide by the rules set forth for tennis play at The Club at Great Neck Estates as well as our Code of Conduct.

A $250 deposit is required per court hour, per application. This deposit is not refundable if the court is cancelled after August 1, 2026.

ATTENTION: NEW clients are required to create a Court Reserve account and create their Payment Profile. This can be done after submitting this registration form. If you are a returning client, you should already have a Court Reserve account, but must create a Payment Profile.

Placement is contingent upon being registered for Court Reserve and having a Payment Profile. You will NOT be placed unless this is completed.

If you are requesting a new seasonal, once the day/time are confirmed to be available and you would like to proceed with the reservation, a $250 deposit is required per court hour per seasonal to hold the court.

The full balance must be paid in full prior to September 1st.

Seasonal courts paid in full by August 15, you will receive a free can of balls each week! (no exceptions)
