    In a world that is hurried, distracted, and constantly demanding more, many of us find ourselves spiritually exhausted. We often feel the pressure to strive and perform, leaving us fragmented and weary. This year, the Young Adults Ministry invites you to step away from the noise and respond to a different call.

    We aren't just invited to lay down our heavy loads, but to take up His yoke—to slow down, rebuild our rhythms with God, and learn a life-giving way of being. Whether you are seeking surrender, obedience, or simply a space to breathe, this is an invitation to be shaped into His likeness through spiritual disciplines and community.

      Please be advised that photographs and videos will be captured during this event for the purpose of sharing and promoting activities within our church community, including on public platforms such as social media, websites, and printed materials. By attending this event, you consent to the capture and use of images and recordings of you and your children (if applicable) for these purposes.     • Medical Release and Authorization

      I give permission for qualified personnel nominated by LifeGate Church to administer basic first aid and necessary medication (e.g. asthma pump, EpiPen, insulin) to me if required.

      In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to contact my nominated emergency contact(s) first. However, if they cannot be reached, or cannot be contacted in a timely manner, I authorise a qualified medical professional to provide appropriate medical care, including treatment, procedures, or hospital admission as deemed necessary to prevent serious harm. 

      This authorisation applies for the duration of the registered camp or activity.

      If I have any injury, medical condition, allergy, or limitation that may affect my participation or pose a risk, I will inform the relevant leaders.

    • Transport

      If you need help getting to the campsite, we encourage you to check with your cell group or cell leader to see if someone can give you a lift. If that’s not possible, or you’re not in a cell group, feel free to reach out to us at camp@lifegatechurch.org.au—we’re happy to help.

    • Refund Policy

      If you have registered and find that you are unable to attend the camp, please email camp@lifegatechurch.org.au ASAP. Refunds for change of mind are available up to 14 days prior to the commencement of camp.

      In cases of illness or other exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered case-by-case, and only if made as soon as possible and no later than the day before camp begins. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

      Full refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Partial refunds may be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that any processing or third-party payment fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
