2026 Parade Entry Form

Thank you for supporting MainStreet Oceanside and the annual Oceanside Independence Parade! Please complete the form below and submit payment to secure your spot.

Entries received after the deadline of June 5, 2026, may be accepted if space is available, but will not be included in the Official Parade Program.

For late entries, please call our office at 760-754-4512 before applying.

CAR CLUBS PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the number of entries in the parade, the Independence Parade Committee has limited the number of vehicles per car club to a maximum of twenty (20) vehicles. The committee further reserves the right to accept or reject any entry for any reason up until the parade line-up is finalized on June 5, 2026. Acceptance of your application does not guarantee your entry.

Fees are fully refundable in the event we cannot accommodate your entry.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: By my signature below, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Independence Parade Committee, the City of Oceanside, Main Street Oceanside, Inc., Main Street Foundation, Inc., Kimyon Corporation, their officers, agents, volunteers, and/or employees against and from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, expenses and costs, to any and all claims, cost liabilities, expenses, or judgments including attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of my and our group’s participation in the Independence Parade resulting in illness, injury, or property damage to any person and myself except injury deliberately or willfully caused. I recognize that the event can be dangerous to me and anyone else, and I accept those dangers. I understand that if I or anyone else is injured as a result of my participation, this waiver will be used against me. I agree that pictures/videos taken during the program hours may be used for future promotional purposes. I also understand that no employee or agent is authorized to modify this waiver. I have read and will comply with the Parade rules, code of conduct and Monitor requirements and will communicate these rules and code of conduct to every parade participant in my group.

ENTRY FEES

Your entry fee make the Oceanside Independence Parade possible. Thank you!

These fees contribute to the $26,000+ needed each year to host this event. Below you will see two category options:

"Parade Basic Entry Fee" which is the basic fee for each business/organization type, or
"Car / Motorcycle Club" Reminder, the first 10 vehicles are included with the first tier, each additional vehicle is $20.
