            Food Vendor

We are seeking food vendors who offer high-quality, freshly prepared food items that appeal to a wide range of festival guests, highlighting local flavor and culinary tradition. We encourage a diverse selection of menu offerings that are both unique and crowd-pleasing.

All food vendors must meet local health and safety regulations and are expected to maintain clean, professional, and efficient operations throughout the event.

Please note that space is limited and vendors will be selected to ensure a well-balanced variety of food options.  While we strive to create a successful environment for all participants, sales are not guaranteed.  All food trucks must be available to arrive at the assigned time provided to you.

Retail (Arts, Crafts or Merchandise) Vendor

We’re excited to welcome talented craft vendors who create unique, handmade, and artisan goods that show off creativity, culture, and quality. We’re especially looking for items like handmade jewelry, home décor, candles, textiles, woodwork, art, bath and body products, and other original pieces.

All items should be mostly handcrafted or custom-designed, with a clear sense of originality and attention to detail. We love vendors whose work celebrates heritage, creativity, and individuality—perfectly matching the vibe of the Capital City Music Festival.

Please keep in mind that space is limited, and we’ll be curating a variety of vendors to create a fun and well-rounded festival experience.
