Exhibitor Registration

We are looking for FUN, CREATIVE, & HANDS-ON stations this year at our Youth Summit!

You will be provided with an 8-foot picnic table in a covered pavillion. Your table should feature interactive materials and activities for approximately 2,000 students (PreK-12th grade). While giveaways are welcome, they are not required.

You can participate in the 2026 Youth Summit by exhibiting, engaging in the Green Career Fair, or both! Simply indicate your preferences by completing the form below.

Organizations participating in the Environmental Literacy Fair will receive an exhibit table in a pavilion. These tables are expected to feature materials and activities suitable for interaction and engagement by approximately 2,000 students (PreK-12th grade). The inclusion of giveaways are appreciated, but not obligatory.

These tables are expected to feature job-related materials and activities suitable for interaction and engagement by approximately 2,000 students (PreK-12th grade). Organizations will participate in the Environmental Literacy Fair and the Green Career Fair. Organizations participating in both will receive a table with exhibitors and in the Green Career Fair pavilion. Please see the above expectations for each.
