Convention Registration Instructions
In order to streamline the registration process and prevent no-shows, the only way to register is via credit card. If your Kiwanis Club is paying a portion of your registration, please seek reimbursement through your Kiwanis club. If you have questions about this policy, please contact the District Office.
Please note: Convention registration and delegate certification are two different processes. If you are going to serve as a delegate from your club, please ensure you are also registered for the convention! The District will maintain a supply of convention ribbons for you to add to your name badge on site.
Please complete this online registration form to register for the convention. Please note when registering you must select which meals you will be purchasing (if any) and actually add those meals in the payment box by selecting the correct meal.
- You may register yourself and one Spouse/Guest in the same registration.
- If your Spouse/Guest is also a Kiwanian and is planning to participate in district convention activities such as attending workshops and/or serving as a delegate in the House of Delegates, they should register separately (including meals), utilizing their own email address.
- Once your registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. You will receive a second email confirmation of your electronic payment after it has been processed.
- Registration deadlines:
- The Registration fee of $65 per person will be honored until 11:59pm on Friday, July 10, 2026.
- Registration fees for anyone who registers after July 10, 2026 or on-site will be $75 per person.
- Online registration will close 8:00 am on Friday August 1, 2025.
- The deadline to register for meals or any meal adjustments is Tuesday, August 5, 2026 at 8:00 am ET. After that, no meals will be available for purchase at the door. The meals you purchase are the meals that will appear on your name badge. If you make a mistake while registering, you must contact the District Office to make a change no later than Tuesday, August 5, 2026.
