Hold Harmless Agreement

The Vendor/participant shall indemnify and hold harmless The Greater Hansville Community Center and Kitsap County and their officers, employees, agents, servants, volunteers, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, awards, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, on account of bodily injury, sickness, disease or death sustained by any person or persons or injury or damages to, loss, or destruction of any property, directly or indirectly arising out of, relating to or in connection with attendance at this event/vending by the undersigned, whether or not such claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings are just, unjust, groundless, false, or fraudulent; and the Vendor/participant shall and does hereby assume and agree to pay for the defense of all such claims.

If you prefer to mail your payment, please send a check for $25.00 made out to GHCC to reserve your space. Send your check to GHCC PO Box 133, Hansville, WA 98340.

There are only about 60 spaces available and they will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

If a cancellation is received, waitlist participants will be contacted in the order in which the registration form was submitted. You will be contacted via email to confirm you are still interested and an electronic invoice will be provided by the GHCC Treasurer.
