(NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL 5/22/2026 AT REGISTRATION! TEAM CAPTAIN MUST BE PRESENT TO SUBSTITUTE A PLAYER OFF THEIR TEAM PRIOR TO FIRST GAME. $30 CASH ONLY)

*All players are to fill out a waiver before registration.

*Any Player under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

*All players are to fill out and bring the Parental waiver and release form before they are permitted to play.
High School divisions and younger teams will be placed in appropriate division based on oldest players age as of 5/22/2026.

Teams in adult divisions will be placed based on youngest players age.
